Dealing with web developers

Let’s just say that we have had various experience with  web developers. Some good and some really bad ones. Like any entrepreneur that is trying to launch a website, hiring a good development company is not easy. Many will claim having knowledge of every aspect of web development, that they will deliver outstanding work in a timely matter. But really you have to be ready to encounter certain problems, if you already know that no one is perfect then you should know that your developer will not be perfect either. We did meet really good people that we know did their best to deliver a product to the best of their abilities up to a point and we parted our ways with no issues. No one today can claim that they did not receive their payments on time or did not get paid what Pricible owed them.

And then, one day you make a mistake of hiring a development company that just wants to rip you off, not really caring about what you are trying to accomplish, they just want your money. Because you are already past your deadline and feel like you should launch quickly and users are waiting for your final product, you get your development company to work extras hours. They use that excuse to start requesting triple what you think you should have paid and even charge for hours and items that do not make sense. And then one day, you finally wake up and decide to fire then. If you are a good moral entrepreneur, you still pay them, even for things that are not done because you do not wish to go through legal issues. Every developer should guarantee his work, they all say they do but in the end many don’t, so you end up paying one developer after another to fix issues what you have already paid for.

Many of us been through this, time and time again. What some developers don’t realize is that, if you succeed, then they succeed. If you make it, then they get an even large account, meaning more money. They don’t realize that by trying to get a couple of thousand they miss a chance to get a couple of hundred thousand.

Thank God! we think that we have found someone that is just incredible at what he does, this will allow us to fix some of the issues that we have ongoing and update our display for a better user experience. So there is always hope that there is someone out there that can deliver on his promises.

Good luck to all of you out there trying to make it!

Happy New Year 2010!! This can only be a great year.

Pricible site update

We are getting a lot of feedbacks on the site. Thank to those who have visited the site and posted their comments. This is the only way we can improve it and deliver what the customer really want. Still a long road ahead but with the community support, we will make it. We are just small people try to make it in the big world.

We are still developing some sections to improve user experience. Our primary focus has always been the user. We are going to upgrade our homepage to add more functionality to it.

Additionaly, we are adding some components such as the ability for users to read grocery and coupons articles, get important food resources that will empower them to make good shopping decisions and learn about the food that they eat. We are also improving our deals section.

Make sure to leave your feedback to help us make things better…

Our first press release

We published our first press release with PRWeb.com yesterday and the response was wonderful. We did not expect this kind of response and we are really thankful for all the support that we have received.

We have a great product that will help every single American household save money and we are working hard to add the stores that currently do not carry grocery prices in our database. We have received many requests since yesterday, so we will push to add additional coverage areas soon.

Simplify your grocery shopping!

It’s Grocery shopping day again! I know, some of us love it and some of us hate it. No matter what, you still have to do it, right? So if you hate grocery shopping, you have to get organize before you head to the door. Your strategy is to avoid a packed supermarket, eye-catching aisles that will try to get you to spend more than you want, try to save money by spending less than on your last shopping trip with store specials deals and coupons but still get enough to last you a couple of days to a week. So here are some few tricks that you can use:

- Go to www.pricible.com to create a grocery list, that way you have a greater chance of buying only what you need.

- While there, click on the store specials tab to search for your local store specials.

- Compare the specials and add what you need to your list.

- Check the coupon’s page for any deals.

- Print the grocery list, the coupons and go shopping!!!

- Please be sure to avoid temptation!

Remember everything is placed in its place for a reason! Have a great day at the grocery store!

Understanding the Pricible Difference

Each and every week the tension rises as slowly but surely the refrigerator begins to run out of staples like eggs, milk, cheese or bread! If only the groceries could last a little bit longer or cost a little bit less! You have tried shopping at bulk food stores only to find you waste more than you save (who really needs 64 eggs), tried to clip coupons but found that the store brands are often still less and diligently formulate your list based on only the things you really need (until you get to the store and are taken by marketing ploys). At some point you probably even tried shopping for certain items at one store and others at another only to find that rising gas prices and lack of time makes that an inconvenience. So what can you do?

The bottom line is that groceries are expensive and as the economy threatens every facet of the food industry from farmers to manufacturers; chances are they will continue to increase! Even so, you have a family to feed and you have to eat. Quality food should not be compromised by budgetary restraints. In fact; Pricible understands your strife and frustration and has taken great measures to bring you all the tools you really need to stretch your grocery budget further than ever!

Around 39 million dollars in coupons were downloaded just this past year through online coupon clipping programs. For many people this can add up to big savings. Still, checking circulars from week to week and finding coupons that suit your needs can be time consuming and most often you are left chasing your tail! Many people use coupons and end up purchasing items that they normally wouldn’t or that they don’t need just to feel like they are saving money! Pricible realized this frustration and has devised a free online shopping tool that is much more than just coupons and advertisements. In fact using Pricible is guaranteed to not just save you money; but time, effort, gas and frustration as well! You deserve to know the straight facts and figures from your local grocery stores and Pricible is the answer. Pricible not only scours the deals, in store specials, coupons, rebates and manufacturers specials available in your zip code but also offers comprehensive and proven tools and advice to save you money! This is not your ordinary internet coupon clipping website!

Understanding the Pricible Difference!

At Pricible you can join a free coupon platform that is supported by a community of financially savvy shoppers like yourself. These people realize that there is more to life than just buying groceries. In addition to that Pricible does what no one else CAN and encourages you to build a list based on what you really need. Your list can be saved in the system and printed out later. Once your list is built Pricible can lead to you coupons that are truly valuable to your needs. Intent on delivering more than just coupons Pricible can also show you the ‘secret’ in-store specials, rebates, manufacturer’s discounts and sale prices currently being offered by your specific stores. These can lead to hundreds of dollars per month in savings and takes no effort on your part. Pricible does all the work!

And instead of stopping there; Pricible can tabulate just how much money your list will cost you at the local stores you shop at most. So not only do you actually get tot see the difference in altruistic dollar amounts that your grocery list would cost at store a versus store b; you also will know how much your groceries will cost before you leave the house. This can save you precious time and is more effective than chasing deals around all over town.

Pricible also helps you to meal plan and offers new and exciting recipes that coincide with your grocery needs and the available discounts for the products. Meal planning is just one way to decrease your grocery costs and even if you have never done it before; Pricible will help you every step of the way. You are entitled to share your own ideas for smart shopping and recipe ideas with other site members and in turn they will be passing on their knowledge to you. Pricible is the site that your grocery stores don’t want you to know about. Why? Because we save you money, time and are guaranteed to change the way you think and feel about grocery shopping.

Savvy shoppers like you may know all the tricks of the trade that grocers use to get you to spend in the store. Avoiding end caps, prepackaged foods, the impulse buys that are strategically located throughout the store, shopping alone and during early hours when fresh bread and meats are deeply discounted are just some of the ways to save money. Using a list and sticking to it, planning your meals ahead of time, going shopping on a full stomach and resisting the urge to try the latest and greatest high end product just because you have a coupon are some tidbits of advice you will find on our site. If you add these money saving strategies and take advantage of the Pricible difference that proves you need more than coupons to save- you can likely cut your grocery bill in half!

The only question is what will you do with all the money you save? Plan a vacation? Buy that new TV you have been wanting? With Pricible as your shopping co-pilot the sky truly is the limit. The best part is that it is free and is considerate of the one thing in life you can’t make more of…your time! Check out Pricible today and you will see why our motto is “making your shopping experience a breeze!”
